No. The current version only excludes weekends. UK bank holidays such as Easter Monday, the May and August bank holidays, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day are not removed from the count.

England and Wales typically observe 8 bank holidays per year. Scotland and Northern Ireland have slightly different lists.
